I can't sign in — the magic link isn't arriving.
Check your spam folder first. If it's not there, the link may have expired (they're single-use and last 15 minutes). Request a fresh one at the sign-in page. If it still doesn't arrive within 5 minutes, email us at admin@getproductionos.com with the email address you're trying to sign in with.
My Apple ID email is different from the email I signed up with.
Sign in with Apple only works if the Apple ID email matches the email on your Production OS account. If they're different, use the email link option on the sign-in page (enter the email you used at signup, we'll send you a one-time link). We're planning to allow Apple ID linking in a future update.
How do I cancel or change my plan?
Email admin@getproductionos.com from the address on your account and we'll handle it same-day. If you're on the iOS app, subscription management also lives in your Apple ID settings.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We never sell customer data. You can request a copy or deletion of your data at any time by emailing admin@getproductionos.com.
Something's broken. How do I report it?
Email admin@getproductionos.com with a short description and, if possible, a screenshot. Include your device (iPhone/iPad/desktop) and the browser or app version. We usually reply within a few business hours.
How do I request a feature?
Every request goes on our roadmap. Send it to admin@getproductionos.com with the shortest description of the pain you're trying to solve and we'll get back with either a "coming soon" ETA or a workaround.
